Terms of Service & Liability

01. Pickup & "No-Show" Policy

Equipment must be placed in the designated pickup location (e.g., front porch) by 5:00 PM on your scheduled Monday. If our driver arrives and equipment is not accessible, this is considered a "Dry Run."

A $25 Dry Run Fee will be charged for failed pickup attempts. The remaining balance will be refunded, or a second attempt may be scheduled for a $25 convenience fee.

02. Equipment Liability

CDA Wax Lab is not responsible for equipment prior to physical pickup or following physical drop-off. By using this service, you agree that leaving equipment on a porch or in a public area is done at your own risk regarding theft or weather damage.

03. Service Limitations

While we strive for a professional-grade finish, CDA Wax Lab is not liable for existing structural damage to skis or boards, including core shots, de-lamination, or compromised edge integrity. We reserve the right to refuse service on equipment deemed unsafe.

04. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Monday pickup window are subject to a $50 non-refundable commitment fee, as your spot was held and prevented another customer from booking.
